1. Preheat the oven to 180C/250F/Gas 4.
2. Line your bun tray with the appropriate size and number of paper cake cases.
3. Cream together the butter and bananas.
4. Mix in the egg, milk and honey.
5. Gently fold in the flour, baking powder and sultanas.
6. Divide the mixture between the paper cases, then place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until they are golden in colour.
7. Cool on a wire rack.
Makes 12 fairy cakes or 24 tiny petit four cakes.
